GUIDANCE ON VIRTUAL MEETINGS FOR LISTED ISSUERS
Further to the Guidance on Virtual Meetings of Listed Issuers issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) on 6 May 2021, please be informed that SC has issued further revised Guidance Notes which will come into effect on 1 June 2021. This is to guide all companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd on the conduct of general meetings during the period when an MCO is in place or outside of an MCO period.
