Seminar Registration
1) The Seminar Registration process are done automatically via online through the MACS's online portal system.
2) Seminar Registrant is advised to read through and understands the information of the selected seminar such as the date, venue and other related particulars of the registration before registering and making registration payment.
3) Registration Payment made are not exchangeable or refundable.

Membership Application
1) The Membership Application process are done automatically via online through the MACS's online portal system.
2) Membership Application process will be subjected for approval before approval and membership payment being requested.
2.1) Once a Membership Application is being submitted online via the online Membership Application Form, it will be queued in our system to be reviewed for processing.
2.2) An approval will be made during the next incoming MACS Council Meeting.
2.3) Once a Membership Application is approved, an automatic notification email will be sent to the applicant for the applicant to make an online payment. Alternatively, the applicant can login the account created to make the application payment.
3) Application Payment fee may vary depending on the application type and requirements.
4) Membership Applicant is advised to read through and understand the information of the selected Membership Application such as the fee structure, requirements and other related particulars of the application before applying and making application payment.

Membership Upgrade Application
1) The Membership Upgrade Application process are done automatically via online through the MACS's online portal system.
2) Membership Upgrade Application process will be subjected for approval before approval and membership payment being requested.
2.1) Once a Membership Upgrade Application is being submitted online via the online Membership Upgrade Application Form, it will be queued in our system to be reviewed for processing.
2.2) An approval will be made during the next incoming MACS Council Meeting.

Membership Subscription
1) The Membership Subscription process is done automatically via online through the MACS's online portal system.
2) MACS Members will be automatically notified 1 month earlier before the Membership subscription expiry date, via email notification. Alternatively, the Member also will be reminded at the Dashboard page when login to the respective Member's Login account.
3) MACS Members can easily make payment online through the system with simple guided steps.
4) Membership subscription will automatically be renewed once payment is made successfully. An invoice receipt will be emailed to the Member and also documented for future reference in the respective Member's Login account.
5) Membership Subscription fee total may vary depending on the membership subscription type and requirements.
6) MACS Member is advised to read through and understand the information of the selected Membership Subscription such as the fee structure, requirements and other related particulars of the subscription before renewing and making subscription payment.
