Seminar on Goods & Service Tax organized by Malaysian Association of Tax Accountants
Malaysian Association of Tax Accountants will be organizing a 2-day seminar on Goods & Service Tax at Dewan Tun Dr. Ismail, PWTC, Kuala Lumpur on 9th and 10th March 2010. Please refer to the brochure attached for details of the seminar.

We wish to inform that SSM had issued Practice Note no. 7/2010 entitled "Guidelines for auditors to inform the Registrar prior to cessation of office under section 172A of the Companies Act 1965" on 20 January 2010.
The issuance of this Practice Note is to assist auditors on the procedures to notify the Registrar (and the Stock Exchange in the case of a public listed company) prior to cessation of office pursuant to section 172A of the Companies Act 1965.
